Leadership
Luke leads VIBEUP's day-to-day decisions, technology, team, Create, Stewardship, and Platforms.
Nicholas leads Pain Into Purpose and develops the Epicenter vision.
Nicholas can meaningfully support VIBEUP through product perspective, strategic partnerships, introductions, investor relationships, referrals, and growth — with commitments matched to his capacity.

Collaboration
Transform is where we can create together.
For retreats, experiences, programs, and new ventures, we agree on responsibilities, compensation, and project economics before beginning.
Equal contributions can mean equal project participation. Different contributions deserve different compensation. Existing ownership rights remain unchanged unless we mutually agree otherwise.

Fair exchange
Keep the existing Pain Into Purpose SOW and Zamà agreements in place unless revised together.
VIBEUP becomes the primary home for new Growth, Create, Stewardship, and white-label Platform services, subject to appropriate transitions and existing commitments.
Recognize delivered work, originated referrals, licensed IP, and shared project ownership separately and transparently.
CreoVisio retains its distinct creative and jointly developed IP role.

Our stewardship
For November through January, let's create one gentle, one-hour Stewardship conversation each week — a space for reflection, integration, and support.
With no immediate cash fee, we can develop the method together through experience and feedback, while exploring referrals and other mutually agreed revenue opportunities as a fair exchange.
Any commissions, additional services, or financial arrangements will be clarified separately. We review the arrangement together in January.

Together, we support the existing PIP and Zamà commitments, explore Transform opportunities we can responsibly deliver, and allow the wider partnership to grow through consistent action rather than pressure.
In January, we reconnect around capacity, commitments, roles, governance, and the future — honoring both what we've built and what we've learned.
