The vision hasn't changed. The next step is clearer.
Marc, two years ago you backed a vision: technology that helps people discover what supports their wellbeing and connect more meaningfully with the world around them.
We have built substantial technology, relationships, and infrastructure. But complexity, interrupted financing, and competing initiatives delayed the simple experience people needed first. I take responsibility for that.
Operating capital is now exhausted. Essential software and focused development need funding to restart. Andreas and the team remain ready to move.
The plan is now direct: simplify VIBEUP, commercialize the infrastructure and services already within reach, and report the evidence every week.
Revenue stability for my family and our team is non-negotiable. I am taking direct ownership of making it happen.
What has changed
Product: Mira, practices, discovery, essential profiles, and a small number of businesses and communities.
Commercial: Sell Platforms, Growth, and Stewardship without waiting for a large consumer network.
Leadership: Luke directly leads revenue, product priorities, team coordination, and investor activation.
Partnerships: Nicholas contributed the ZAMÀ relationship and may continue to contribute referrals. The operating plan no longer depends on another partner activating revenue or financing.
Capital: Activate David Cunic's focused fundraising workstream alongside commercial and product execution.

Announcement · New B2B division
VIBEUP Create
VIBEUP Create is our new B2B division: Platforms, Growth, and Stewardship, sold directly to businesses, founders, and communities. It turns the infrastructure and experience VIBEUP already holds into revenue that does not wait for the consumer network to scale.
- Activation is already happening
- Promotions begin the first week of November
The new commercial opportunity
The infrastructure we builtcan serve other businesses.
VIBEUP Platforms adapts our existing foundation into branded, AI-guided experiences for businesses and communities. One shared core, configured for each business, with additional modules as needed.

Blueprint + prototype → Core build → Launch + monthly service → Optional modules
$2K–$5K
Initial pilot engagement
Blueprint, prototype, and the expressly agreed core build.
$300–$500

Software service, hosting, updates, and agreed guide upkeep.
Additional modules and work beyond the agreed initial package are separately scoped.
The opportunity is to turn existing development into repeatable deployments and recurring software revenue.
Technical note
The team has an existing VIBEUP iOS/Android deployment path and prior VIBEUP store approvals. Andreas leads confirmation of each pilot's distribution, features, and delivery timing.
Four ways in

One commercial house, four product moments. Each is sold on its own terms.

Existing activation
Eyob + Andreas
Eyob helps procure the first 2–3 paid pilot engagements. Luke leads discovery and the Blueprint. Andreas leads technical configuration and delivery.
Parks at Hallandale
Confirmed interest and a management meeting being arranged for next week. Approximately $2K/month potential, with a possible introduction to a portfolio of 10+ South Florida properties.
Troy + FNDRS
A strong founder connection and understanding of VIBEUP's vision. Introductions and service referrals are developing, with a conversation planned about potential paid Growth work.
Warm networks + direct outreach
Existing business relationships, Nicholas's prior testimonials and referrals, Troy's founder network, agencies, and 100 targeted prospects.
Begin outreach the first week of November. Prove the initial template before expanding delivery.
Parks is counted within the three Growth clients.
A note on Troy
After several conversations this year and an in-person meeting on October 29, Troy understands both the consumer vision and the immediate Platforms opportunity. He is exploring introductions and commercial connections. His support strengthens the activation network; it is not a financing commitment.
Build toward $20K+in monthly commercial activity.
December targets
| Channel | Target calculation | Monthly target |
|---|---|---|
| Platforms software | 5 launched, paying platforms × $400 | $2,000 |
| Growth | 3 clients × $2,000 | $6,000 |
| Stewardship | 3 clients × $2,000 | $6,000 |
| Company recurring run rate | Software + service retainers | $14,000 |
| ZAMÀ founder referral activity | 4 bookings × $8,000 × 30% | $9,600 gross |
$23,600
combined monthly activity target
$14,000 company recurring run rate + $9,600 gross founder referral compensation.
Founder income and company revenue remain separate. ZAMÀ campaign proceeds are subject to the agreed partner split and campaign costs.
Additional one-time pilot revenue
$10K–$25K
Five December pilot engagements × $2K–$5K. Separate from recurring software fees. Ten cumulative paid pilots is the sales target; the recurring model above assumes five are launched and paying by December.
2 signed bookings × $5,500 × 30% = $3,300 anticipated direct founder commissions.
These two direct referral commissions are allocated entirely to Luke, payable against qualifying provider collections. They are separate from the December four-referral campaign target.
Campaign activation
Proposed ZAMÀ-funded marketing budget: $1,500/month. Eyob supports targeted acquisition, with activation aimed for approximately two weeks after budget and campaign approval. December target: four qualifying referrals averaging $8,000.
The 10,000+ target audience is advertising reach potential—not 10,000 qualified leads.
Recurring revenue reduces financing dependence. Paid pilots test the product. Active users test the experience.
The December recurring target does not yet cover the full $20K monthly core budget. Project income, founder income, recurring growth, and new financing work together toward stability.
Consumer launch
Mira first.Real people next.
Andreas and the team target an initial release within four weeks of funded restart: Mira chat and recommendations, practices, discovery, essential profiles, and a few participating businesses and communities.
- Week 1Simplify Mira and the core journey.
- Week 2Refine business and community experiences.
- Week 3Complete onboarding and membership flows.
- Week 4Release the initial cohort, measure use, and improve.
Measure
Consumer monetization
- 21-day introductory access with a defined allowance.
- Premium from approximately $4/month for Mira chat, recommendations, personalized practices, and expanded discovery tools.
- Higher tiers offer more AI usage.
Test credits and usage allowances against actual AI costs. Unlimited search filters need not imply unlimited AI consumption.
Tiered access and usage allowances are established AI monetization approaches. VIBEUP's allowance and pricing will be tested against its own usage economics.
Professional fundraising
A dedicated pathto new investors.

- Success fee
- Proposed 3.5%.

Accountability

Q1 outlook
Launch now.Earn the right to scale.
2027 sponsorship objective: 10 annual sponsors × $10K = $100K potential annual contracts.
Q1 2027 stretch objectives
- 1M marketing impressions
- 10 active participating businesses
- 40K+ historical email audience to reactivate
- 20K monthly active members
- 3K premium members
- $12K/month gross subscriptions at $4
- $9K/month contribution target at $3 per paying member
The 3K premium and 20K active targets imply 15% paid-to-active. This remains a stretch objective.
The $3 contribution target must account for actual variable costs and current membership benefits. It is not net profit.

Marc, your belief helped us build this foundation. The next two months are about turning it into something people use, businesses pay for, and new investors can evaluate through real results.
I'm asking for a $50,000 bridge to restore the team, activate revenue, launch the focused experience, and lead this next stage with clear ownership and weekly accountability.
Revenue. Live product. New investors. The proof for what comes next.
