Open Source Policy: VIBEUP uses only permissively licensed open source dependencies (MIT, Apache 2.0, BSD). No GPL, LGPL, or AGPL dependencies are included in the production build. All packages are audited at adoption and reviewed quarterly by the Director of Technology.
