This partnership is designed as a collaborative embedded growth support structure — combining strategic planning, execution coordination, recruiting support, community engagement, partnership outreach, and activation momentum support.
The goal is to help reduce operational pressure internally while increasing local visibility and launch readiness.

At the conclusion of the initial 90-day sprint, both parties may:
