Growth direction
Priorities, offers, customer journey, and execution guidance.

VIBEUP × ZAMÀ
A connected website, marketing system, and growth partnership, helping the right people discover ZAMÀ, understand the experience, and take a clear next step.
Prepare the foundation. Activate what exists. Expand what works.
The partnership
VIBEUP brings strategy, storytelling, technology, and marketing execution together around the people your business serves.
For ZAMÀ, that means connecting the experience you already offer with a clearer digital presence, stronger follow-up, and practical opportunities to generate qualified inquiries and bookings.
Priorities, offers, customer journey, and execution guidance.
A new website and the systems supporting inquiry and follow-up.
Email, social, testimonials, existing relationships, and future acquisition campaigns.
The new website
A cohesive website that introduces ZAMÀ’s experience, builds trust, answers essential questions, and guides prospective guests toward the appropriate conversation with your team.

The new ZAMÀ website, built as a website and platform.
This is a website and platform build: positioning, pages, navigation, testimonials, FAQs, and connected inquiry and measurement pathways.
It does not include a native mobile app, a medical-record system, or an AI clinical adviser. Clinical screening and care stay with your team.

Proposed VIBEUP contribution
VIBEUP proposes to contribute the initial build and marketing activation, alongside ongoing growth direction.
$5,000
Marketing services supporting Phases 1 and 2: systems preparation and activation of existing assets.
$2,000
Design, development, and launch preparation for the new ZAMÀ website.
$2,000/month
Ongoing priorities, coordination, review, and guidance across the agreed growth initiatives.
$7,000 initial build and marketing contribution, plus $2,000/month in growth advisory.
VIBEUP’s proposed contribution, presented for discussion. Not an agreed fee, an amount already spent, or a signed commitment.Advertising spend is not included in this initial contribution. Its funding and budget will be discussed before Phase 3.
The previous $18,000 Pain Into Purpose investment included $7,500 paid to Luke for growth services, $5,000 for marketing services, and a $1,200/month advertising budget. The same types of growth and marketing support would now be directed toward ZAMÀ, with advertising revisited in Phase 3.
Proposed arrangement
A proposed 30% referral fee on collected revenue from agreed, attributable VIBEUP referrals.
Review performance together after three months, including a volume-based structure where the referral percentage decreases for clients beyond the first four.
Together, we’ll define the attribution, payment timing, volume period, and reduced referral tiers before confirming the arrangement.
Before expanding into ads and strategic partnerships, we’ll agree the ongoing scope, advertising budget, and compensation model.
That could include a guaranteed service payment, a referral percentage, or a combination of both.
The structure should reflect the work, investment, volume, and results on both sides.
Proposed terms for discussion and agreement.
Revenue pathway
2 guests × $5,500 = $11,000
Two existing November referrals.
4 guests × $7,000 average = $28,000/month
Target: at least four referred guests per month.
Illustrated at the proposed 30% / 70% split on collected booking revenue, before each party’s costs. Any agreed volume-based adjustments would update this model.
How we work together
Luke leads growth direction and the relationship. Eyob supports marketing strategy and activation, with the VIBEUP delivery team supporting the agreed build and systems.
Provides approved information, brand access, testimonials and permissions, admissions coordination, and timely feedback.
Clear ownership. Shared visibility. A regular review of what is working and what comes next.
The marketing experience should support an informed admissions conversation. ZAMÀ retains responsibility for clinical screening, eligibility, and care.

Closing invitation
We believe ZAMÀ already has meaningful experiences and relationships to build on. This partnership brings the digital foundation, marketing activation, and growth direction together around them.
Before moving forward, let’s align on:
Build the foundation. Activate the opportunity. Grow together.
