The Professional Surface
Two decades of enterprise leadership. Over $1B in revenue generated. Outwardly, a story of achievement. Inwardly, a different story was unfolding.
What Was Hidden
Anxiety. Depression. Addiction. Insomnia. Burnout. A growing fracture between the person the world saw and the person Nicholas was becoming.
The Long Search
Years of searching. Dozens of healing centers. Countless protocols. Each offered something. None offered enough. The pattern repeated: temporary relief, then the return of what was unresolved.
The Opening at Zama
Zama Healing Center in the Riviera Maya. A different kind of environment — medically supervised, deeply personal, rooted in nature. For the first time, the opening was real enough to build from.

A shared recognition emerged: the most meaningful transformations don't end at the retreat. They begin there. What happens before — and after — is where most people are left alone.

The Beginning
VIBEUP was born in Chicago when a small group gathered to meditate on a sunrise sail across Lake Michigan — a moment of silence that sparked a decade of conscious connection.
The Expansion
The movement grew into a large-scale wellness festival, bringing together hundreds of thousands with global teachers, sponsors, and artists across Chicago's iconic venues.
The Growth
VIBEUP expanded into wellness programming for luxury residential properties, helping hundreds of communities cultivate intentional living.
The Pivot
When the pandemic ended festivals, our residential division merged with a national property partner, scaling wellness programming across hundreds of communities.
The Exploration
Founder Luke Jensen spent three years traveling internationally, studying holistic healing, and connecting with mindful communities. This is when Luke, Nicholas, and Andreas met — building a regenerative realestate development in Central America, which led to the evolution of VIBEUP's global vision.
The Vision Builds
A world-class team (ex-Shopify, LinkedIn, Microsoft) built prototypes, brand systems, and the Beta app. Secured early funding, 300+ wellness business partnerships, and completed development.

27 years of entrepreneurial experience across technology, wellness, and residential community development. Luke naturally works from the whole — translating complex vision into strategy, architecture, brands, technology, products, and experiences that connect people at scale.
Nicholas Courchesne
20+ years activating strategy and partnerships aligned for growth. Nicholas naturally works from the individual — holding strategic growth, structure, vision, and relationships through strategy that activates and accelerates meaningful change. His lived journey from pain to purpose shapes the transformational arc.
Andreas Demou
Frontend architect and creative visionary. Andreas leads all product design and creative direction — designing intuitive interfaces and visual identity that define the VIBEUP brand. The bridge between vision and experience, bringing clarity and beauty to every touchpoint.
